How to activate and use card
How to activate your SOLmate Card
Once you have received your card, go to Card in the app and enter the activation code printed on the packaging.
Important to know:
Use the code on the packaging, not the card number on the card.
Where do I find or change my card PIN?
Your first card PIN is printed inside the card packaging. You can change your card PIN in the app under Card Settings.
Important to know:
Your Card PIN is different from your App PIN.
