How to order card?
How to order and track your SOLmate Card
You can order your SOLmate Card in the app and track it from the Card section
- Open the SOLmate app
- Go to Card
- Follow the prompts to order your card
- Choose your delivery option
- Use Track Delivery & Activate to view your latest delivery status
Why was I asked to top up during the card order process?
If your wallet does not have enough funds to complete the card order, the app will ask you to top up before you can continue.
I paid for my card but there is no order showing
If your order is not showing after payment, please contact Support so it can be checked.
