Where do I get the latest updates from SOLmate?
All important updates — such as service changes, new features, and alerts — are shared directly via the SOLmate app.
Always keep your app notifications turned on in your phone settings to avoid missing critical information.
You can also manually check for updates by tapping the notification bell icon in the top-right corner of your SOLmate app.
If an update is specific to your account or activity, you’ll receive a direct message from our support team via in-app chat.
