How do I reset or change my SOLmate App PIN?
If you need to reset or change your SOLmate app PIN, follow these steps:
- Open your SOLmate app and log in using your registered number.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Tap Change App PIN Code.
- An OTP (One-Time PIN) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
- Set your new 5-digit secret PIN.
- Re-enter the same PIN to confirm.
Note:
You must be logged in and using your registered mobile number to complete this process. If you’ve changed your number, follow the number change process first before attempting a PIN reset.
