Receive EFT: use your personal money number

To receive your salary into the SOLmate app:

• tap Settings and go to Documents section
• download the payment details Confirmation letter
• share it with your employer/friend to receive your salary/payment Your money will be credited to your SOLmate app balance immediately when we receive it, which usually takes no more than 1-2 business days.

Topup with Cash

options to topup your SOLmate balance with cash:

• go to Topup
• choose ATM
• follow the instructions (ALWAYS use your phone number as a reference to avoid allocation delays)
