• ATM payments - are credited the same or next business day.
• EFT payments - may take up to 3 business days to reflect – it depends on the banks and is unfortunately out of our control.
• Retail payments - usually reflect from 10-15 minutes to 1 business day.

Note that weekends and public holidays are not business days for banks and so they are not included.

If your funds are not credited after that time - prepare your transaction receipt / proof of payment / payment confirmation / ATM receipt / retail slip and contact us via the SOLmate in-app Chat or Whatsapp support number.
